Family Law Court Facilitator (FLCF) Pay $20.00-24.38/hr. Start ASAP. Part time FLCF for Clallam-Jefferson County Pro Bono Lawyers. Provides a variety of services aimed at helping people navigate the family courts. Assist pro se litigants to identify, obtain and complete a variety of forms and applications including but not limited to dissolution of marriage, paternity, custody, visitation, and spousal support, financial information, restraining orders, and Title 11 Adult Guardianships.
Requires: 2 year paralegal degree. Or a minimum of 2 years of related experience, including experience in court settings or as a legal secretary/paralegal. An equivalent combination of education & experience may be substituted which provides the skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
